How to request a refund

All refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address on the receipt, or
• Email us at support@mcabrokerstack.com and we will assist you with the refund through Paddle.

Metered usage charges

Pay-as-you-go AI usage charges (such as bank-statement analysis and application scanning) reflect services already delivered and are generally non-refundable, but we will review disputed usage in good faith — contact support.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
